Expert Pool Work, Inc. is industry-trained, experienced, and equipped to restore pools in Omaha and the surrounding areas.
Is your pool old and thought to be unusable...or even unsalvageable?
Did your pool sit idle last year or even for multiple years?
Did you just buy a house with a pool that has been out of service for a year or more?
The pool can likely be restored like new to become fully functional, watertight, leak-free, aesthetic, inviting, and fun. Actually, the pool can become better today than it was when it was built new, because today's pools are much more energy-efficient and easier to maintain.
If your pool is currently unusable and has been out of service for a year, a few years, or many years, then you have two options:
For a pool restoration, the price will be contingent on what works and what does not work as well as what is salvageable and what is not salvageable.
If you can commit to using the pool regularly and on a long-term basis, and if you can justify that upfront restoration cost over the long-term, then restore the pool. If not, then fill it in, but do so properly to avoid future sink-holes and additional settling and/or drainage problems.
If a pool is unusable and out of service, do not just leave it sit as-is, because bacteria and other disease-carrying organisms that will fester in and around that pool will be unsafe to you and your neighborhood.
NOTE: If you hear or read the phrase pool rehab, it is another way of describing and explaining a pool restoration.
We have restored quite a few pools - a few of them were in really bad shape - and they are all still in service today.
